After signing with Motown’s legendary producer and songwriter, Norman Whitfield on the Whitfield/Warner Bros label, Isy soon became a member of Motown’s famous group, Undisputed Truth. Undisputed Truth had landed in the top 10 Billboard hits in the 70’s, which included “Smiling Faces.” Since then, he has performed on more than a dozen albums, two of which were Grammy nominated. Isy has also contributed to two movie soundtracks, 1976’s Car Wash, and Richard Pryor’s, Which way is up?
